My background includes 11 years at the University of East London, where I provided IT assistance and Microsoft training, and 10 years running Computer Concern, earning 53 five-star Google reviews.
I have successfully passed certifications including CompTIA Network+, Security+, Pentest+, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, demonstrating strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity, networking, and cloud solutions. While some certifications have expired, my hands-on experience continues to guide my approach to delivering reliable, affordable IT solutions.
